I had an amazing experience here! Alan changed my oil, and he was honestly the best. He made the whole process so easy and stress-free, and his communication was outstanding from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Alan, for such a great experience, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a 730am appointment set. Got there and nobody was there waited. Called customer service they stated somebody would show up in 20-30 minutes. Waited some more nobody showed up. No respect of my time and no apology.

Extremely pleased with the service of this business. By comparing prices, I saved a great deal. The business was super friendly. Dealt with my extended warranty, with professionalism. Would rate this business over five stars if possible. I saved around $500 when compared with similar businesses. I will forever recommend this business. I travel all over the country and must keep my vehicle in very good repair. These are the people to deal with. Do yourself a favor and compare prices for similar services. You will be glad you did.

My father saved and bought him this truck as a retirement present to himself in 2000. I'm now taking care of it. Thank you Marvin and all the guys at Break Check for helping be the caretakers of this heirloom. The work was excellent.

It was my first time at this location on Harker Heights. The Manager and all the mechanics were very kind, friendly, attentive, informative ,patient, professional and the price and wait time was on point💯 The inspection is free and they'll give you an estimate. They will recommend what's needed and you get to chose what to fix first. I Recommend EVERYONE TO CHECK OUT BREAK TIME at your nearest locations.🙌🏼
